Der Hauptsitz is a small coworking space and cultural venue in studio 010 of the PROGR, the centre for cultural production by the Waisenhausplatz; the entrance is in the courtyard on the left. The studio with wooden floor and large windows holds desks, sofas and a coffee machine with home-roasted coffee; subscribers can also use a shower. Alongside the coworking there is a curated cultural programme, and the room can be rented for events in the evenings and at weekends.
