Ich suchte eine einfache, übersichtliche und bezahlbare Buchhaltungslösung – etwas wie ein digitales „Milchbüechli". Ich arbeite seit ein paar Wochen mit einzly und ich weiss gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Also ich liebe es einfach!!
Normalerweise lösche ich Akquisemails immer gleich, weil ich bereits hundert davon erhalten habe und alle gleich sind. An diesem Mail bin ich hängengeblieben. Nach der Sichtung der Website und dem Lesen einiger Rezensionen, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, mich zu melden. Kurzer Hand hat mir einen spontanen Demo-Call angeboten und mir gezeigt, wie das alles funktioniert.
Tools von vergleichbaren Anbietern waren mir ehrlich gesagt zu teuer und auch zu kompliziert. Ich bin Grafikerin und keine Buchhalterin, daher möchte ich alles so einfach und mit so wenig Aufwand, wie möglich haben. Vieles habe ich vor von Hand in Listen eingetragen und dann meine Treuhänderin weitergeleitet. Das geht nun alles per Knopfdruck.
Für die Zeiterfassung und die Rechnungsstellung bediente ich verschiedene Tools, die nicht schlecht auf dem Smartphone verfügbar waren und ständig Projekte durchmischten. Ich benötige es nur noch und es ist auf allen meinen Geräten verfügbar.
Mein persönliches Highlight ist, dass man an alleine Belege hochladen kann und gleich sieht, wenn irgendwo etwas fehlt. Auch die automatische Abgleichung mit dem Bankbeleg macht mir das Leben sehr viel einfacher. Die Insights zeigen mir jederzeit, wo ich bin, wie viele Fixkosten ich habe und wo ein Risiko besteht.
Für verschiedene Kunden habe ich verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Rechnungsstellung, die nicht verfügbar waren. Nach einer Mail an das Supportteam wurden meine Wünsche kurz in der Tat umgesetzt. Nun habe ich diese Möglichkeiten. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert und kann es jeder selbstständigen Person weiterempfehlen.
