Is the QR-bill generator really free?

Yes, completely free and without signup. You can create as many QR-bills as you like. We hope you find it useful and later use einzly for your full bookkeeping.

Does the PDF comply with the Swiss Payment Standard?

Yes. The QR code is generated according to the official SIX Swiss Payment Standard (SPC, version 0200), including structured recipient address (type S) and Swiss cross overlay. All Swiss banks accept it.

Is my data stored?

No. The PDF is generated directly in your browser, no data is sent to our servers. Only your own sender details are stored locally in your browser (LocalStorage) so you don't have to retype them next visit.

Can I use QR-IBAN or regular IBAN?

Both work. With a regular IBAN, a QR-bill is created without a structured reference; with a QR-IBAN (digits 5–9 between 30000–31999) with a QR reference. The generator detects this automatically.

What's the difference to einzly?

Does it work on mobile?

Yes, but we recommend desktop or tablet since the live preview needs room. On small screens the preview appears below the form.

Can I have multiple languages on the same invoice?

No — every invoice is in one language (DE/FR/IT/EN). For multilingual customers, create a second invoice in the desired language. In einzly you can set the language per customer.
