Why 4.6 when every review is 5 stars?The TrustScore is not a simple average. Trustpilot calculates it with its own algorithm that also weighs the number, age and frequency of reviews — young profiles deliberately start lower and work their way up. Nobody has ever given einzly less than 5 stars.
